Portraits of women with secrets, wisdom, and ambition.
These images were originally conceived as "pinups of ordinary women." But the ladies ended up deciding for themselves where they wanted to go. Some wanted to pose. Some wanted to glare. And some wanted to strip off all masks and pretense. Proud that this visually and thematically loose series tries at least to ask questions about identity, character, and life under both the male gaze and the female gaze. Are these "pinups" after all?
