Desideratum Black and White Digital Gothic

Hey all. Just finished up a series of black-and-white digital images, all bounced back-and-forth between Ideogram and Gimp, titled Desideratum. I was trying to evoke gothic mystery with pallid figures brooding in a foggy half-light. Eight images made the cut, here's a preview of three. The rest of the gallery can be found here.

Desideratum is a series of gothic noir black-and-white digital images drawing on visual elements of stone, mist, shadow, exploring the mystic spaces between day and night, and drawing on themes of silence, longing, innocence, and unease. Animals appear as symbols rather than companions. Environments are inhabited, or are they? These are old liminal spaces from before our era in which the sun shines neon.
